Willesden Junction Mainline Station is just a four minute walk away, offering trains South to London Euston, and North to Watford Junction and beyond, to Milton Keynes and Birmingham New Street. There are also trains to Barking, North Woolwich, Richmond, and Clapham Junction, making Brighton, for example, less than an hour away.
Willesden Junction Station is also on the Bakerloo Line, in Zone 3, with trains South to Elephant & Castle, and North to Harrow & Wealdstone. Oxford Circus is a little over 20 minutes away.
The nearest main intersections, with the A40 and the A406 (North Circular) are both a little over five minutes, putting the A1, M1, and M25 within easy reach. By motorcycle road travel is even quicker, with Soho Square being a little over 10 minutes away. (Don't forget, if driving into Central London by car you'll probably need to pay the congestion charge)
Bus stops for travel in both directions are within 10 metres of the main gate of NCY. Park Royal, Golders Green, Shepherds Bush, South Harrow, Ealing, Kilburn and Cricklewood are all served by the 187, 206, 224, 226, 260, 487, and PR1.
There are many cycle lanes on local roads, and in addition, the National Cycle Route is within three quarters of a mile. There is also the scenic cycle path of the Grand Union Canel heading both into and out of town.
And don't forget, there's always walking!
